"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)"The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why."
Mark Twain
Busy is not the same as purposeful
Most people are not lazy. They are lost. Not lost in a dramatic way, not wandering with no responsibilities or direction. Lost in the quieter way: moving through a full life that does not feel like theirs. Checking boxes that someone else drew. Achieving things that do not satisfy. Staying in motion to avoid the question they are afraid to answer.
Purpose has to be found, examined, named, and walked out daily. That process requires honesty about where you are, courage to look at what you are built for, and the practical tools to turn a sense of calling into a genuine direction.
God told Jeremiah He had plans before Jeremiah knew what they were. That promise guarantees something worth orienting toward. This workshop is about finding your orientation and learning to hold it.
This workshop gives you the practical tools to find your orientation and learn to hold it through the friction of daily life.
Research in self-determination theory identifies purpose as one of the strongest predictors of sustained motivation, resilience under pressure, and overall wellbeing. People who can articulate why they are doing what they are doing demonstrate significantly greater follow-through, better recovery from setbacks, and higher reported life satisfaction than those who cannot.
The Drift
LOST Framework. Diagnosing how drift happens and what it costs.
The Calling
MADE Framework. Identifying what you are genuinely built for.
The Map
NORTH Framework. Translating purpose into actual direction.
The Walk
STEPS Framework. Living on purpose when life is not cooperating.
Work through one week at a time. Each week includes teaching, a practical framework, scenario exercises, a knowledge check, personal reflection, and a daily tracker. The work builds on itself. Do not skip ahead.
This workshop will ask you to be honest about things many people avoid: whether the life you are living is the one you want to be building, and whether you are willing to make the adjustments required to change the answer.
