Vitals Tracker

Log the daily basics in one place and watch your own trends. The wellness score blends how consistently you log with your sleep, stress, water, and activity. It has no medical meaning. Bring the numbers themselves, not the score, to your doctor.

Tracking is the Practice the Skills step of the TEMP Method. See the TEMP Method Journal.

"And He said to them, 'Come aside by yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.' For there were many coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat."

Mark 6:31

The disciples were told to stop and rest because they had been going without a break. Sleep, food, water, and movement are ordinary physical needs, and they are worth logging honestly.

These are the general adult figures published by U.S. clinical bodies, listed so you know roughly where a number sits on the scale. They are not a reading on you. Your own healthy range depends on your age, medications, conditions, and what your doctor has told you. Take your log to your doctor and ask them what your numbers mean.
